What kept happening
Coaching sessions were happening. The documentation wasn't. TLs were writing free-form notes or nothing at all — and the structure that makes coaching defensible was getting lost every time.
What I built
Type what happened in the session. The AI returns a GROW-formatted log. Download it. Send it for signature outside the app. Four roles with permissions that match how ops teams actually work, not how org charts say they should.

What I'd change
The signing flow is external — HelloSign, not integrated. It works. It's also one more step. That's the next thing.
